Certification requires a commitment to attend three online meetings and a two-day in-person weekend in Southern California. This live session is not available online and must be attended in person in order to complete the certification process.
After you register for certification, you are financially responsible for the full registration fee. Please do not join if you believe you cannot fulfill such a commitment.
The fee for PACT Certification is indicated on your PACT Portal. If opting for the payment plan, the first payment is due upon registration and subsequent payments are automatically charged through Stripe the following consecutive months on the same date as the first payment.
Continuing Education (CE) hours are not available for certification.
Missed meetings must be made up as soon as possible and will be rescheduled directly with the instructor(s). No meetings for this certification cohort will take place after October 31, 2023. If you cannot make up a missed meeting, you remain financially responsible for the training.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel/withdraw from your participation in one of our live or online events, you may do so by notifying the PACT Institute at least 1 month prior to the official start date of the training AND before accessing the online portion of the course. The official start date of the training is May 1, 2023.
If you cancel at least one month before May 1, 2023, a full refund minus a 5% processing fee will be given. No refunds will be given after accessing the online materials for the course.
If you cancel less than a month but at least 1 week before May 1, 2023, a credit will be issued toward a future event, valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue. If you cancel your registration within 1 week or if you fail to attend a live/online event, no refund will be given. Registrations can not be transferred to another student.
The PACT Institute will not be liable for any penalties or other expenditures incurred due to the cancellation/rescheduling of any of our trainings.
All fees shown are in United States dollars (USD). Any fees collected or refunded from outside the U.S. are done so at the time of the current exchange rates. The PACT Institute is not responsible for any losses due to refunds given in fluctuating global financial markets.
Renewal of PACT Certification
Certification is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. Once granted certified status, students may update their status on their websites and other marketing material including the PACT directory.
During the 2 years of certification status, students must participate in a meaningful way with the PACT Institute to maintain their certification status. More details about this are in the “What’s Next” session in your student portal.
Registering as a PACT student
When registering as a student of the PACT Institute, you will create an account (profile) that you can access on the site. You will be able to login to see all the events you are currently registered for, make basic updates to your account information, and make payments.
Your account will give you access to the Student Library, which contains an extensive bibliography, as well as classroom materials, including audios, videos, webinars, and other items.
Access to the Student Library will be retained by all students in good standing. PACT reserves the right to terminate an account at any time.
