PACT Case Analysis Lab Terms of Agreement
Payment Terms
Your payment is due upon registration in order to hold your spot in the class. We cannot extend a credit for calls you may miss.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel/withdraw from your participation in any one of PACT’s live or online events, you may do so by notifying the PACT Institute at least 1 month prior to the official start date of the first session, and a full refund minus a 5 percent processing fee will be given.
If your cancellation is less than a month but at least 5 business days before a program, a credit will be issued to you, which you may put toward a future event, valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue. If you cancel your registration less than 5 business days before an event or if you fail to attend a live or online event, no refund will be given.
The PACT Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live or online event due to instructor illness or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time and will receive a full refund. In the event of insufficient registrations for a live training, notice of cancellation will be provided at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the event.
All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation or rescheduling.
The PACT Institute will not be liable for any penalties or other expenditures incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of any of our trainings and/or labs.
All fees shown are in United States dollars (USD). Any fees collected or refunded from outside the U.S. are done so at the time of the current exchange rates. The PACT Institute is not responsible for any losses due to refunds given in fluctuating global financial markets.
Case Selection
Each Case Analysis Lab cohort may include up to 30 PACT training members. We do not guarantee that each PACT training member will have their case selected for discussion. Case selection is at the discretion of the Case Analysis Lab facilitator.
Case Confidentiality Agreement
The terms of this agreement require each PACT training member to keep any and all classroom disclosures, videos, and all other sensitive material confidential. This agreement does not end when the training ends; it continues throughout the lifetime of each PACT training member.
