Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy for The Win-Win Couple

The Win Win Couple is a self–paced, on-demand video series designed to help couples navigate conflict in their relationship. This video series is designed for couples aiming to improve the quality of their relationship.

The Win-Win Couple is not a substitute for couple therapy, nor is it intended for couples in crisis. If you are in crisis, we encourage you to seek therapy. We recommend PACT-trained couples’ therapists. Examples of crisis include: a recent betrayal, considering divorce, partner violence or untreated psychiatric issues or addiction.

If you are experiencing intimate partner violence, we urge you to seek specialized help. Visit thehotline.org, call 1.800.799.SAFE (7233), or text 88788.
